Welcome to HawgHead Baits Fishing/News Blog!!!

Welcome to our daily blog! We have started this as an easy way to pass along information to our patrons, and any other friends in the fishing world. Our goal here is to provide everyone with broad view of our speciality, ie..fishing.

This means information in regards to what fish are being caught, maybe on what lure, and what presentation. We are going to focus our reports on Lake Pinchot (which is the lake we are located on), the Susquehanna River (approx. 10 miles away) and for the Trout fisherman the Yellow Breeches Creek (approx 5 miles away). With that being said, we will also venture into Maryland, looking at the Upper Chesapeake Bay area and the Potomac River on occasion. The fisheries in New York may also be mentioned, looking at Lake Champlain, Lake Cayuga, Lake Oneida and the great lakes area. Any other information that we obtain we will surely pass along to you.

We will also mention and describe many different techniques and methods of fishing throughout our posts, which will be dependant upon what type of information we talk about.

Additionally, this forum enables us to update everyone on our Bait and Tackle store. New products, changes within the store, tournaments we hold, or "hot" items that everyone seems to want will be talked about here.
