Ice fishing ON FIRE!!!

Well folks, we apologize for the not so often posting, but we have been a tad busy putting the shop back together after the fishing expos. We still aren't done and it will be another week or so until we get it all set back up the way we want it to look.

We are currently in the process of revamping our website and adding/updating our product listings. Everything should be complete in the near future, so please bear with us.

Anyway, Ice Fishing has been really great on lake Pinchot. We are hearing up to 11 inches on the upper part of the lake, near the Rossville bridge. The Campground has produced those typical football sized pickerel. The bass fishing has been rather good also, with most all fish taken using large or medium shiners.

There has not been much crappie action lately and it appears as though, not many anglers are going after them. The action up lake in the campground area has been so productive that not many local folk have been seeking those crappie slabs.

The dam area is the place for y'all to go check out for crappie. A few anglers hit it down there today, however we did not receive any reports of any caught.

I wish y'all the best of luck and if you get those good fish, make sure you snap a pic, so we can show you and the fish off a tad.
